Please provide as much information as possible below, and ensure that information marked * is definitely included.

For single donations you may also contact Parcel2Go who will, for a discounted rate of £8.98, collect and deliver your PC to us. The package size should not exceed 4 cubic feet (Approx 19"x19"x19" or 48cm x 48cm x 48)
